Wow

I am blown away. And humbled… And… You guys make me want to cry!

Also, I have a nice bum, or so I’ve been told.

Goals

So sadly, not all goals can be met. I hit an emotional wall which prevented me from reading as quickly and as much as I wanted to over the break. I do, however, still harbor hope of making it to 10 books read and reviewed.

I have compiled a list of books that I will read and review to help speed up the process of picking the next book, which sadly has been the part that takes me the longest!

Words and Pain

Shalom, my lovely followers. Too long has it been since I last posted here.

I am in a strange place right now in my life, and I don’t always have the time I would like for talking to you.

In the last week I have written three papers and read 5 books. On top of all this, I have been trying to figure out how to progress my emotional state toward harmony.

Ishti and I have come to the agreement that I can wear light eye makeup and lip gloss in public, and she bought me some gorgeous new panties from Victoria’s Secret that really help me to feel sexier when I wear them. She has also acquiesced to my wearing skirts around the apartment! She still is not okay with me wearing them outside, however, which is a little upsetting. Having to change my bottoms every time I walk the dog is rather frustrating.

I have started listing myself as transgender on all new things that I must sign up for, and even doing that gives me a little thrill inside.

I got a new job in addition to my other two, I am now a research assistant on a reproductive justice project! I am so excited!

I think I am rambling now, so I shall say Shalom, and may you have an easy fast for those of you who fast for Yom Kippur.
